How long does shipping generally take?

Your item will ship out in 3-5 business days.

Is my product made to order?

All clothing is made to order.

Can I order a photo to print that is not on the website?

Every photo taken by JohnyPrsm is available to purchase. If you see a photo you’d like to purchase that is not already available, please contact prsmproducts@gmail.com with what you would like printed!

Can I request special orders?

Yes, please contact prsmproducts@gmail.com to request a custom order of any kind and team prsm will accommodate accordingly.

PHOTOGRAPHY

When will we get to see our photos?

Sneak peeks are delivered 1 week after your session date. Editing can take some time and effort, please be patient as I see editing your photos as important as taking them.

My current turnaround time for full galleries is 3-5 weeks.

Do you travel? How does that work?

YES I TRAVEL!!! If you are thinking of a destination session, whether that be in the U.S. or International, I handle all of my flights and accommodations.

My rates are all-inclusive, meaning there’s no hidden or added fees. It’s one less thing for you to worry about!

What if we are camera shy?

Who isn’t?!

I will guide you through the entire session. There will never be a time where you don’t know what to do. All you have to do is show up knowing you’re about to have a fun, memorable day & I’ll take it from there! Just be sure to brush your teeth before the session.. or don’t.. its up to you!
